Our verdict

Lungora is a reasonable, low-risk experiment for a healthy adult who wants to try a supplement alongside proper medical care, and who is willing to track results and use the 60-day refund if nothing changes. It is not a product we'd recommend buying on the strength of its marketing. The evidence is for individual ingredients, often at doses the label can't confirm, and not for the product itself.

Pros and cons at a glance

What works in its favor

  • Ingredients with long safety records at normal supplement doses
  • Stimulant-free, one capsule a day
  • Magnesium dose is disclosed
  • 60-day money-back guarantee on every package
  • No subscription at checkout when we looked

What counts against it

  • Five of six ingredients hidden in a 575 mg proprietary blend
  • No clinical trial on the finished formula
  • None of the ingredients targets the lungs directly
  • Interactions with blood thinners and diabetes drugs are possible
  • Aggressive affiliate marketing and many "official" lookalike sites

How we reviewed Lungora

We don't accept free product in exchange for coverage, and we don't run our own clinical tests, which would tell you very little anyway. Instead, we score each supplement on five things you can actually verify: label transparency, the quality of the evidence behind each ingredient, the likely dose relative to that evidence, safety and interactions, and the fairness of the price and refund terms. The full method is in our editorial policy.

What Lungora claims to do

The marketing says Lungora supports healthy lung function, comfortable breathing, healthy oxygen flow and everyday vitality. Some sellers go further and call it a "lung cleanse" or promise "natural detoxification." Those phrases don't describe a measurable biological process. Your lungs clear themselves through mucus and tiny hair-like cilia, and no oral supplement has been shown to speed that up in healthy people.

Read closely, even the manufacturer's own explanation is more modest: it links the ingredients to nerve health, circulation and antioxidant support, and argues these play a broad role in respiratory wellness. That's a fair description of what the ingredients have been studied for. It's a long way from evidence that the capsule will change how you breathe.

The formula, briefly

Magnesium glycinate (80 mg of magnesium, about a fifth of the daily requirement for adults), alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract and coenzyme Q10. Inactive ingredients are standard capsule and flow agents: hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid and silicon dioxide. Our ingredients page covers each one.

The dose question is the heart of this review. In published studies, alpha lipoic acid is typically used at around 600 mg a day, L-carnitine at 1 to 2 grams, CoQ10 at 100 to 300 mg and curcumin at several hundred milligrams or more. All five blend ingredients together weigh 575 mg. At least some of them must be well below the amounts that research has tested.

Who Lungora may suit

  • Adults who have already had breathing symptoms checked by a clinician and want a simple add-on
  • People who aren't on blood thinners, diabetes medication or blood pressure drugs, or who have cleared it with their doctor
  • Buyers who will keep receipts, track how they feel, and use the refund window if needed

Who should skip it

  • Anyone with new, worsening or unexplained shortness of breath, chest pain or a persistent cough: see a doctor first
  • People taking warfarin or other anticoagulants, or scheduled for surgery
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women, and anyone under 18
  • People with gallbladder, liver or significant kidney disease

How it compares with doing it yourself

If a particular ingredient interests you, buying it on its own with a disclosed dose is usually cheaper and lets you match the amounts used in research. What Lungora offers instead is convenience: one capsule instead of five. Whether that's worth $49 to $89 a month is your call. We compare the options on our alternatives page.

Frequently asked questions

Is Lungora a scam?

We found no evidence that it is a fake product, and it has a published refund policy. The concerns are about overstated marketing and hidden doses rather than fraud. See Is Lungora legit?

Does Lungora work?

There are no clinical trials on the finished product. Some ingredients have limited evidence for related effects. Our evidence analysis goes ingredient by ingredient.

How long before I notice anything?

Most supplements of this kind are marketed on a 60 to 90 day horizon. Plan your decision before the refund window closes. See the results timeline.

Is it FDA approved?

No. Dietary supplements are not FDA approved. Claims of an FDA-registered facility refer to the manufacturing site, not to the product.
